In addition, our fitness training facility is not a fancy gym and we do not have fancy equipment. What we have is a training environment utilizing old school equipment and hardcore protocols focused on getting YOU results. That’s our #1 goal and that’s where we excel.

Driven by his parents’ struggle with metabolic disorders, Rommel officially became a first class fitness professional to teach his parents how to live a healthier lifestyle. This passion has since extended to any individual who desires to improve their quality of life. With now thirteen years experience in the industry, Rommel holds a Bachelor of Science in Exercise and Sports Science and these top rate certifications:
- Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist through the National Strength and Conditioning Association
- Certified Health and Fitness Instructor through the American College of Sports Medicine
- Certified Muscle Activation Techniques Trainer (graduate of the MAT 10-month Specialist Internship in Denver, CO)

- Certified Level 2 Underground Strength Coach under world renowned strength coach and creator of USC Zach Even-Esh

During his graduate coursework at Oregon State University, Belton decided to pursue the fitness Industry full time and shifted his focus on people’s health, wellness and performance. As co-owner of Element 5 Fitness, Belton has helped hundreds of people achieve their goals making Element 5 Fitness the premier place for overall performance and fitness. As a martial artist and fitness coach, along with being strongly influenced by personal experiences with metabolic disorders, his path eventually led him to pursue more education in various movement programs such as the ones listed above.The integration of these systems and an approach to making the body “move” better has been Belton’s goal in his coaching, his family life, and personal fulfillment to moving more efficiently.
In addition Belton has managed several top level health clubs in the Northwest educating and developing programs for trainers and their clients. With thirteen years of experience in the fitness industry, the original passion for fitness was driven by his grandparents’ passing away from complications due to diabetes. Since then, Belton has been actively involved in striving towards people’s success in achieving their fitness goals.

Drew Affholter :: E5 Fitness Strength Coach
Drew is an Element 5 Fitness boot camp instructor and strength coach. Health and fitness is important to him,
because he has been involved with sports his whole life. He understands the dedication and intensity you must have
to be successful at the highest levels. He played multiple sports and played college baseball. He is
currently a high school coach for Lake Washington School District.

Linden Griffith :: E5 Fitness & Life Coach
Linden is a personal trainer and ontological life coach who is passionate about creating change in people’s lives specifically as it pertains to fitness and well being. She is certified in personal training from the National Academy of Sports Medicine and graduated from the ICF accredited Accomplishment Coaching program.
Linden’s experience in the gym, obsession with fitness, and energetic personality create an experience with lasting impact that will have you both laughing and sweating at the same time. Her persistent demand for perfect posture will drive you towards a better you. When you work with Linden you will be assured to feel comfortable and cared for when you come to the gym, but do not be confused…you WILL work, you WILL sweat, and you WILL see positive results!

Willie Woods III :: E5 Master Trainer, Iron-Core Fit Master Instructor

Willie Woods is a Certified Strength and Conditioning Specialist, Russian Kettlebell Challenge Level 2 Instructor and Licensed Massage Practitioner who provides an intense and dynamic approach to training. With his experience as a Strength and Conditioning Coach and background in physical rehabilitation he incorporates functional movements and injury prevention as the framework for his workouts.
He is also the owner of Iron-Core Fit and the creator of Iron-Core Fit Kettlebell Certification for Fitness Professionals

Marisa has been teaching Group Exercise classes and personal training since 1995. She teaches a little of everything- step, core, strength training, shadow boxing and cardio striptease- and calls her classes “Happy Hour”. She says class should be our time to let loose, have fun and celebrate the fact we have a healthy body.
Her clients are truly inspired by her positive and contagious attitude, energy and sincere spirit. What truly sets her apart is her ability to create a sense of community in her classes- she takes the time to get to know every member and makes them feel special and valued. Being part of her classes is more than just working out, it’s a fitness experience. Marisa has the ability to bring out the best in every person and to help them push themselves to be better. She exemplifies a genuine passion for helping people change their lives for the better! She is much more than an instructor- she’s a life changer!
