"Pregnancy weight is really frustrating. Your body definitely changes. When I first started working with Belton I thought I could not change my body shape. I thought I could work mostly with cardio and lose some weight. I had done a lot of working out when I was in college and had really bulked up. I was afraid that working out with weights would make me bulk up too much.
With the combination of cardio, weight-lifting, and core training – the Strong & Sexy Bootcamp has changed my shape and also allowed me to keep a smaller frame. You have to eat healthy, but once you decrease body fat and build more muscle your ability to burn calories more effectively quickly follows. I felt bad at times being away from my kids.
