 "Pregnancy weight is really frustrating. Your body definitely changes. When I first started working with Belton I thought I could not change my body shape. I thought I could work mostly with cardio and lose some weight. I had done a lot of working out when I was in college and had really bulked up. I was afraid that working out with weights would make me bulk up too much.

You have to eat healthy, but once you decrease body fat and build more muscle your ability to burn calories more effectively quickly follows. I felt bad at times being away from my kids.
